NewRequest¶

In order to submit a new request, you need:

• have an access as a recipient
• or know someone who has this access

It's clearly better to have all the information needed before submitting your request. Here are some informations which are often asked :

• precise name of hardware
• configuration files
• log files
• version of all the software involved (Kernel, Library, etc)
• a clear description
