Some models & some controller actions still have some english words.

It is at last done !
All the models are now in english.
There is only 2 models that are still in french (machine and ingenieur) because there is a planed modification for them.

English translations are not complete.
Severity & Issuetype are not translated and appears in french, for instance in the contract form views.
Since this information is in the DB, one way to do it is to do it like the Statuses, forcing N_() calls and a english DB content.
